Of the best sort — the kale was steamed and then mixed with a sriracha/red wine vinegar sauce I whipped up at the suggestion of Rock Hardy on ILX. Brown rice and black beans were then mixed with it all, then topped with a bit of fresh parmesan. Rosemary bread, some fruit and wine — a fine meal!
