		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve just cooked some free range chicken pieces in coconut oil with cumin, basil and oregano and tomato puree.  I added orange split lentils and garlic, along with freshly dug up leeks, carrots, sweet potato, normal potato and courgette. It smells lovely and I must say that the carrot greens taste gorgeous, not bitter in this case at all, sort of a parsley.]]></description>
